Packaging, Transportation and Storage

1.Standard package: 50ml plastic squeeze bottle. Outer packing: carton box with bubble wrap cushioning.

2.Keep away from direct sunlight & high temperature. Avoid heavy extrusion. Classified as general chemical goods, do not freeze.

3.Store in cool dry warehouse, storage temperature: 8-28℃, sealed original container.
Shelf-life: 12months for unopened bottle.
After opening, tighten cap tightly, avoid long-time air contact.

4.Note: Anaerobic glue will not cure inside sealed bottle, cure only when oxygen is excluded between two metal fitting surfaces.

Standard Operating Procedures

1.Surface Preparation:
Clean threaded surface, remove grease, dust, rust. For best performance, degrease. If surface is low-activity metal, use activator.
2.Adhesive Application:
Squeeze glue onto male thread, apply adequate amount to cover engagement area. For deep holes, apply glue to inner thread.
3.Assembly:
Assemble fastener immediately, screw to required torque. Do not re-position after adhesive starts to set.
4.Fixture & Full Cure:
Reach fixture strength within fixture time at 25℃. Do not load before fixture time. Achieve full mechanical performance after 24 hours.
5.Post-curing Disposal:
Wipe away excess uncured glue with cloth /industrial solvent. Cured adhesive can only be removed mechanically or by high-temperature heating for high-strength grades.

Anaerobic adhesives cure only when oxygen is excluded between close-fitting metal surfaces. For low-activity metal substrates, apply activator to guarantee full curing performance. Not designed for plastic bonding, some plastics risk stress cracking.

Removable grades(222,242,243,290):Can be disassembled by standard hand tools, for general-purpose repeated maintenance.

Permanent high-strength grades(262,271,272,277):Require high-temperature heating over 250℃ for disassembly, for heavy-load & high-vibration working conditions.

290 wicking type:Low viscosity capillary penetration, apply directly on pre-assembled threads without disassembly.
